Application
Type XHHW-2 conductors are used for power distribution, also primarily used in conduit or recognized raceways
for service’s, feeders and branch circuit wiring, as specified in the National Electrical Code.

Construction
Conductor: AA-8000 series aluminum alloy, sizes 8 AWG up to 1000 MCM
Insulation: Thermoset crosslinked polyethylene. Available colors are red, white, blue, green, black, etc.
